With persistence, we can get the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to revoke Mike Cade’s real estate license which will put him and Prime Realtors Property Management out of business forever.

I was even there to try and help him re-pay some of the owners that were defaulted but instead of showing appriciation he turned his back on me in a time of desperate need….. there is also alot of un paid employees of mike cade that worked the hours and were not paid!!!!!! I know of one that workedfull work days to try and get everything straightened out at his office and he just flat out didn’t pay her!!!! he owes her approx. 3,000 $ he only gave her one check and that was for 187. and some change and also pulled some swift strokes of the pen to make the bank not pay on or cash the check. I pray your successful in getting him thrown in jail.
Mike Cade and Prime Realtors owe us around $3000. This amount includes rent and deposit moneyies from existing tenants. We have been trying to get our money out of him for 3 months or more and all we actually receive is empty promises and BAD CHECKS.
We too have been taken to the cleaners by Mike Cade and his employees at Prime. As we read through all the comments posted on this site its as though he is having the same lying coversations with all of us. WOW he is very good at spining a tale. I’m sure you have heard it all before …his lies that is …..his phone won’t take anymore msgs ….his internet is down ….his house is being forclosed upon (which we have been able to determine is not true)…Oh the “checks in the Mail”…he isnt in the office yet …let me look into that for you ….whats the total I owe you again?? Blah Blah Blah what lying scammers Mike Cade and his staff are.
I have been beyond patient with Prime Realtors and Mike. I am still waiting on a check from June 1st (not to mention my tenants deposit and my floating balance). Has anyone filed a police report yet? Is anyone currently working with a detective on this? If you can please provide this information, I would greatly appreciate it.

I called TREC to file a complaint, and I was surprised to know that know one had filed a complaint with them. I heard they will investigate him and hopefully revoke his license. b/c as it stands to date, his license is still active and there are no complaints. If anyone has more info, I’d like to know too. this guy is a crook!
This guy owes us $4200!!! Has anyone ever gotten their money back? I moved overseas and trusted the rent of my house to them and now I am so screwed!!!!! Who can we call? Is there someone that can help us get our money back? I am desperate! Please help me.

I was owed $18k by Mike and hired an attorney to sue him. Eventually, he offered a settlement through his attorney. Problem is though I have a court judgment, there may be no means of collecting the debt, except TREC would help. Does anyone know if he has assets, properties etc?
I was one of the first folks to sue Mike. I put in my TREC complaint on Feb 28th 2010 with Scott Davis. I then went to the Arlington PD (Detective Bennett is handling the case and all the cases with Mike Cade). I also went as far as the FT Worth DA (who couldn’t be bothered – told me it was contract law). I sued him and won of course then we had to submit an affadavit to TREC which took another 6 months. I am receiving my funds today (going to PO to pick up certified funds) of $35K today for the theft and another $8K for lawyers fees. Ross Vitek (Cox Law Firm) handled my case and was great! I absolutely recommend him to anyone. He was professional the entire time.
One thing to keep in mind. I know for a fact there are over 8 cases with the Arlington PD. These cases are significant sized thefts (20K I beleive). TREC has a limit I hear on the amount of money they will pay out on someone per year or per person so if you haven’t started your case get going. Josh (person who put this site up) also won his case with TREC and should be receiving funds as well. Cade is in hiding from what I hear and has no assets so don’ wait.
I am a victim of the same case. I meet a lady at the home of 904 crowley . I gave her a 1800.00 deposit in cash and she gave me the key to the home. At that time I had all the utlities in my name . Had my mail and my company information all transfered to the new location that I thought was mine until the home sold. Well this past Tuesday Arlington police to my home and arrested me for trespassing in my new home . I had the keys and all the right to be in that home. Now the home owner and CENTURY 21 at 1704 s. cooper st . Has stolen all of my property and has refused to give me my things back. Either CENTURY @! IS SCAMING with these people whom just happen to have the keys to these listing . All I can say is Dont use the craig list to find a home . Its all bullshit..
